Support Engineer
 
Job description :
 
As a member of our support team, you will provide 1st line technical support to our customers and consultants via telephone, e-mail, our support portal or on-site. You will assist the Customer Services Manager with the coordination of the support, consulting and training services.
 
 
 
Profile:  
     
 
  • A passionate IT-expert
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A native speaker in French or Dutch having a thorough knowledge of English
  • A flexible person with excellent communication skills
  • A previous experience in a helpdesk or support role is an asset
