It is a complex and often longwinded process.  Thanks to Aexis' solution Infor PM (Performance Management Business Process Applications), the budget of the Province of Antwerp now rolls out of the system with one push of a button.  The employees of different services and departments enter their budgets straight into the central system, where the data are immediately controlled by the right persons.  The result is an accurate and reliable budget used by the provincial administration as a basis to make the correct policy decisions.
