GPA Assurance, which is part of the Generali Group, has a global turnover of Euro 869 million and employs approximately 2800 people.

In 1994 general management decided to start a project with the objective of homogenising the information and using it more efficiently in order to carry out more coherent analyses. They chose the Infor Decision solution because it could be adapted most easily to the needs of the organisation in terms of data collection and the organisation and reproduction of the information. Today there are over 100 users of whom 20 at head office and 80 in the sales network.
