Professor Strategic Management at the Vlerick Leuven Gent
Management school, will treat of the concepts
of
"Intregrated
Performance Management Framework and the Strategic Maturity
Alignment".
Through the presentation you will get a better understanding on the following questions:
- How do the five components of the Integrated Performance Management Framework function in an organization?
- How do they contribute in getting aligned with the company’s strategy?
- How mature is the organization and how to link to the Integrated Performance Management Framework?
The session will be ended with a dinner for all participants.
